基于网络分析法的模块化产品平台中零部件模块通用性分析

摘要: 为了更加科学地评价模块化产品平台中零部件模块的通用性,运用网络理论建立产品族的结构网络,提出一种基于网络分析法的模块通用性分析方法。以零部件或零部件模块为节点,以零部件或零部件模块之间的隶属关系为边,构建产品族结构的零部件网络和零部件模块网络;分析零部件模块的出度、入度、介数、使用产品数和使用次数的物理意义和计算方法;分析五个参数的相关性,设计基于网络模型的零部件模块通用性指标。在工业汽轮机产品族的应用中,对汽轮机模块的通用性进行计算和分析,并与企业中零部件的实际应用情况比较,结果表明网络分析法和通用性指标能定量、合理地进行零部件模块通用性分析。

Abstract: To evaluate the commonality of modules in modular product platform scientifically,structure network of product family was constructed and a network methodology to modules commonality analysis was proposed by applying network theory.Parts or modules were regarded as nodes and subjection relations as edges,two networks of product family were constructed including parts network and modules network.Important parameters for module's commonality such as out-degree,in-degree,betweenness,utilization times and product number of each module were analyzed.Computing method and physical meaning of five network parameters were introduced.Generic Parts Commonality Index (GPCI) based on network model was designed by analyzing the correlativity among five parameters.As a practice example,the commonality of the industry steam turbine modules was discussed.Compared with the application of parts and modules in the company,the result showed that the network method and GPCI could be applied to module's commonality analysis quantitatively and reasonably.
